System Touch Points are back-office fundamentals that can be configured to meet your needs:

  • Customer billing – ACT can provide billing feeds if you choose to administer the billing through your system. Or, ACT can rate the traffic at your sell rates, if you so desire.
  • Customer provisioning – Customers are provisioned in ACT’s system, so there is no need to provision them separately in your system unless you choose to.
