teem™ is a new platform for ACT and features its own provisioning, billing, and reporting engines. This platform does not integrate with any existing ACT systems. As such, and to avoid potential issues with account creation, support, or invoicing, teem is currently available for customers with new unattended conferencing needs. ACT has future plans which involve migrating customers off of existing platforms onto teem, but those will likely not be implemented before 2012.
