9-Way
This is an optional value-added service available when using our ACT Videoconferencing Call Launch Service. The ACT Videoconference Coordinator welcomes each site to the conference and announces the entrance of each site to the other participants. The coordinator will verify each site�s audio and video quality, perform any required troubleshooting or adjustment, and then leave the conference.
Comparable to the Meeting Monitor service, but includes having the engineer adding themselves to the conference as a passive participant. This allows additional for additional problem identification as well as for immediate requests for support from conference participants.
A service which includes dedicating an ACT Video Engineer to the conference for it's duration. The engineer will monitor the conference via the bridge management software and will proactively work to resolve issues as they are noted. The engineer will not launch, manage, or schedule other conferences for the duration of the meeting.
DVD Recording is available. We will forward the DVD (non-edited) to a specified mailing address once the conference is completed. Delivery lead-time will be subjected to quantity required. Tape Recording service is available at a fee for per hour. Duplication of DVD is available at a fee for per tape basis. Please refer to quotation from ACT Sales for specific charges.
Allow for non video participants to join the call via audio only.
If ACT will be launching the call to each end point enter the Video or ISDN number for each site participating in the videoconference.
