ACT Increases Channel Offering with the Appointment of Dean Chettra as Sales Manager for the EMEA Region
London, UK — 8 December 2009 — ACT Conferencing, global provider of corporate audio, web and video conferencing solutions, has appointed Dean Chettra as channel sales manager, EMEA.
Chettra, who has a strong track record in channel sales management in the IT and telecom markets, will develop and roll out the ACT Conferencing channel marketing strategy for the EMEA region.
"Dean will be responsible for developing relationships with potential channel partners and resellers who will take ACT's products to the EMEA market," said David Gladding, senior director of global sales, ACT Conferencing. "He will be the first point of call for our channel partners and will continue to support them with the assistance of ACT's business implementation team who will provide product training, marketing and technical support."
Dean, who joined ACT Conferencing in October 2009, comes to the company with an enviable knowledge of the EMEA market. Previous positions include 'e' platform sales manager, EMEA, for Advantech Europe Gmbh where he was responsible for revitalising the channel base across the region. Prior to that, he was military and communications business development manager, EMEA, at Diamond Point International Europe.
